Azman said Israel is already picking up the process to help Ukraine, namely of psychological rehabilitation of military personnel and civilians.

“Israel has a huge experience in psychological adaptation and treatment of wounded and traumatized people,” he said.
“And, as far as I know, investments in the construction of rehabilitation centers for the wounded and refugees are already coming here from Israel. It’s very important, I think,” he said.
Azman also spoke about the people who were influenced by Russian propaganda in the temporarily occupied territories. The Rabbi believes that nine years of Russian propaganda pressure is a huge problem.

“Again, it’s the same psychological problem and it requires the help of specialists. Because I see how much they (Russia) zombify people. I think that this is a psychological, even a medical problem,” Azman said.
This year the Kyiv Jewish Forum is timed to the anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The slogan of the forum, which is being attended by the president of Israel, members of the U.S. Congress, European and U.S. politicians, scientists and businessmen, is “Stand with Ukraine.” The main venue for the event this year was Washington, D.C.
The Kyiv Jewish Forum was initiated in 2019 by the President of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine, Vice President of the World Jewish Congress, Boris Lozhkin. The event has become an annual one and in 2021 its online audience grew to a million people.
